Default Is this a good build for a server?

Hello! I was going to buy myself and put together myself a server computer. This will run some servers and maybe a small website.

Here is my build:

2x - 256Gb SSD:
SanDisk Ultra Plus SDSSDHP-256G-G25 2.5" 256GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) for Notebook - Newegg.com

1 x - HDD(2TB):
Western Digital Red WD20EFRX 2TB IntelliPower RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive - Newegg.com

32GB RAM:
Wintec Server Memory Model 3RSL160011R5H-32GQ - Newegg.com

Case:
Antec Three Hundred Illusion Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case - Newegg.com

INTEL SERVER MOTHERBOARD:
ASUS P8B WS LGA 1155 Intel C206 ATX Intel Xeon E3 Server/Workstation Motherboard - Newegg.com

INTEL E3:
Intel Xeon E3-1230 Sandy Bridge 3.2GHz 4 x 256KB L2 Cache 8MB L3 Cache LGA 1155 80W Quad-Core Server Processor BX80623E31230 - Newegg.com

CD/DVD Drive:
Newegg.com - SAMSUNG DVD Burner 24X DVD+R 8X DVD+RW 8X DVD+R DL 24X DVD-R 6X DVD-RW 16X DVD-ROM 48X CD-R 24X CD-RW 48X CD-ROM SATA Model SH-224DB/BEBE - CD / DVD Burners

Power Supply(300W):
Athena Power AP-U1ATX30A 1U 300W Server Power Supply - Newegg.com

Radeon 1GB 128bit GDDR3:
PNY VCQ600-PB - Newegg.com

I am mainly just wondering if everything will fix together nicely. I will be running some game servers(a few) along with maybe a small website.

Thanks in advance!

I would recommend spending a little more on the power supply. With that kind of processor and components, I would suggest more than a $42 power supply. It would be money well spent. Also, the reviews on that particular PS say it is quite noisy.

CORSAIR Professional Series Gold AX850 (CMPSU-850AX) 850W ATX12V v2.31 / EPS12V v2.92 80 PLUS GOLD Certified Full Modular Active PFC Power Supply - Newegg.com
You need a lot more with some room for add ons. And since the Antec 300 case is not a server case you can use a normal power supply.
