A good budget monitor...

I'm configuring a computer, using it for gaming among other things. And although I dont care about having the most extreme screen quality or quality for gaming, glossy finish on the monitor is a must. Preferable size is 19", but I could settle for a 17". Do any of you guys know of any that fit within 200-300 US Dollars? Thanks.
