Hi - I'm trying to downsize a bit at home and am looking at alternatives to tivo and cable etc. So, I was thinking that if there is a bargain video card that I could use to access tv and tivo it, so to speak, that would be of great benefit. I have an AMD Athlon 3000+, 1gb ram, 64mb video card and two hard drives. If possible, I'd love to be able to record shows off of hd over-the-air signals. I'm just confused by the plethora of available choices and price range. Ideally I'd get the best performance for the money card.
