Gone for a week...things change

I went away for about week, things have changed and I don't know why. Can someone fill me in?

1. Bluto banned? What happen...just...what?

2. I see lots of posts with something about "5 lines". What?

I looked for some answers for the above, but I couldn't find anything that could explain "Why" for me.

BTW...thank you for banning Bluto, I thought he was a non-value adding member of our community.

Since I did not ban bluto I can only guess:
inappropriate responces to genuine questions and the need for help. A desire by Lindon to have a growing and helpfull board which lots of people will use, which doesn't alienate newbies and cause anger.
