Default going from raid to one hard drive, need help

I have two hard drives in raid 0. I want to get a new hard drive and just have one, no raid setup. Would I have to re install everything on the new hard drive or is there some way to transfer everything from the raid setup to the new single hard drive?

If the new drive is the same size or larger than the array, you should be able to use disk cloning software to clone the drive.
