If you plan to overclock your CPU, then i would get the aftermarket fan. If not, take it off the list. Yes, getting a diff power supply will be fine. Another thing, you know you have to get a diff motherboard since your going with amd now.

You are a gamer, go with Amd. But I like Intel. So I would like to reccomend this:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819117027

Although Its a server processor, so i dont know how it would do in a home computer. Never reasearched it. Although, that is a VERY VERY fast data Handling processor. Thats the kinda processor that large ISP's use.

Everything you have choosen is good except for intel. I mean that's still a good processor but I would personally go with this one
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103562

And then you would need a different motherboard
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131540

also different memory
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820146425

That is just my opinion. If you want to stick with intel then what you have is fine.
