Unistall everything ATi through Control panel/add-remove programs -> Reboot into safe mode and run Driver Sweeper -> Reboot again and install the new drivers from ATi's site.

You are trying to install the correct drivers, right? What OS do you have and what card?

Are you using the correct drivers for your card and operating system?

You can grab the newest drivers directly from AMD/ATI here: Graphics Drivers & Software
