Default Getting Rid Of Vista Users...

A mate of mine is acquiring a laptop but it has many users on it that are password protected.

Now if it was XP Pro then i'd just do a complete install for him.

If the laptop's OS is Vista is there any way I can get rid of the users and set the laptop up with him as an administrator without re-installing Vista?

I don't think there is a way becuase vista is more secure in xp all you'd do is go to safe mode, unless you have the admin password you'll need to reinstall your os
