Blast, you're not shelling out for Vista Ultimate??? Just joking, looks good. A lot of the equipment I am looking for for my rig.

be carefull about the 64Bit OS
If u want it to speed up 32Bit Programs it doesn't
And if ur not going over like 4 gigs of ram then u could stick with a 32bit and save a bit o money

Looks good. May I ask why you are getting the USB to PS/2 adaptors?

With usb you get alot more features outta the equitment.

Nah I think both are fine. No, to me, I'd change the motherboard. The board you selected doesn't work with 1333MHZ FSb. I'd get either a P5KC, or dump the RAM to get DDRIII and grab a P5K3 Deluxe.

Uh ya it does support 1333 FSB. 2nd DDr3 is way 2 new to recommend. It performs at the rate of high end ddr2 right now and is quite costly.

DDRIII is a waste of money. It's to new.

@Ownage Why would you change that processor?! It's a real good processor.

@Ihuser http://www.evga.com/articles/329.asp that motherboard does support 1333mhz fsb.

But I just noticed one thing your memory is DDRII 1000, the motherboard that you have selected only supports DDRII 800. I would change to this memory http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820145175

Well you called him on it before I did but I'll call you on the DDr2. That board supports higher clocked memory DDR2 800 is the Memory Standard not the memory max.
