Default Getting Ready For BattleField 3

As you all know... Tons of new games are going to come out in the next 1-2 years... and I am looking into upgrading my graphics card to max out battlefield 3. My budget is $250, any suggestions?

Not at $250 with you already owning a Radeon 6870.

Get the game first, then decide if you need a new graphics card.

Pretty much what I was trying to hint at. Cabbs has it right though - you've already got one of AMD's latest gen video cards. While it's no speed demon, who's to say it can't run BF3?

I own a 6870 and it runs BC2, even Crysis 1 and 2 at max. Highly doubt you won't be able to max BF3.
