Default Getting a new motherboard and processor

Well my birthday is in a month and I'm getting a new motherboard and CPU. My budget is about $200 dollars. This is currently what I have in mind. I would appreciate any help. Current total w/ shipping is $190.

Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-MA790X-UD4P
CPU: AMD Phenom 8450 2.1 GHz

EDIT: I am selling the processor in my signature so if you're interested, PM me.

The first phenom series was horrible, can you afford to go $23 over?

790X paired with Phenom II 720

I think I could do that. My friend was going to get me crysis maximum edition but with my grandparent's birthday money and just asking my friends for money instead of things, I think I could do the combo. That would be much sweeter.

For that speed and price. Hell yeah I'll get it.
