I'd say use AVG antispyware, I've used that one for a few months now and it works great! it's caught a lot of stuff. You could also try a 15 day trial of counterspy, it's a good program as well but the memory usage is more than I've ever seen, it uses about 128MB RAM just to run so it's not really worth getting IMO.
