getting into windows help

I cannot seem to get into my windows, my computer just keeps on restarting. can anyone help. I have tried to go in as safe mode and as last know, but that did not work. Am I going to be able to get back into my computer?

Sounds like you deleted a file which may be the NTDLR file. What I'd do is boot from your XP CD and find that file in the I386 folder and copy it to your C drive. That or re-install windows over the installation your have (as an upgrade!)
