Getting free computers

hey guys, I Just brought my sisters laptop to a computer service store (because it stopped working and I couldnt find anything wrong with it) and the guy running the store said that he would give me a couple of computers that he said he would wipe the HDD(s) and install linux on them.


One Is An Old Compaq Evo Laptop and the other is an older AMD tower.

Good Deal or Not? He Also offered an old powermac G3 and another G4 Tower for $50.00 Each.

I Am Going Back On Saturday To Pick up the two free ones, But I Am Not Sure about the powermac towers quite yet.

well he did fix my sisters laptop and it isnt much newer than either of them
