Generic Host Process for Win 32, problem...

Hey, I'd really like some help...

I keep getting this message...

Everytime it shows up, which is quite regularly, my computer disconnects from the internet. It is so annoying.

Anyone know how to stop it from coming up and messing up my computer?

Any help would be really appreciated.

Try sending it to microsoft and then it should normaly give you some answers
