Default GeForce Go 7900GS vs 7900GTX vs 7950GTX

My laptop (Dell XPS M1710) needs a new video card I'm stuck between which of those 3 above to purchase. I probably won't go for the 7950 as I don't think its thats much better than the 7900GTX. So its more between the 7900GTX and GS. I can get a brand new 256MB 7900GS off ebay for 170 and a used 512MB 7900GTX for about 200. Both of these cards like to burn up easily so I'm worried taht if I get a used one this may happen quicker. However my laptop has 1920x1200 screen and I would like to play games on it, I think the 7900GS would really struggle at this. What do you lot think? Thanks

Um, how exactly are you planning on changing the video card in your laptop? I've heard it's near impossible.

In the Dell XPS M1710 its even easier to swap than a desktop card. It just pulls straight out (I have taken the old broken 7900GTX out) and you can get replacement cards on ebay. It looks like this http://www.epartsandmore.com/images/...ebay/GU067.jpg
