Default Geeks.com?

I was wondering if anyone has ever placed an order there? The prices on PC cases seem way lower than newegg.

No I have not, and I probably wont. The low prices annoy me (they seem too low), and it is layed out differently than newegg is.

Their images seem unauthentic, and the whole website looks dodgey. If you want my opinion, don't shop there. But it is just what I think.

Actually I checked the privacy policy, they seem fine.

What case on there are you getting?

Those are all good choices. You know what I and a lot of other users like, the Antec Nine Hudred case. However from what I see you are going with pre-installed psus, which is not a great choice, but if you like that go ahead. I like the third case from new egg.

I've bought like 40 parts from them also some cables and 2 cases.one time they forgot to ship me my ram but i emailed them and my ram arrived the very next day. I have never had problems from them i usually order from geeks then maybe new egg alot of time i compare prices but usually geeks got specials and things that make it more affordable!

I just bought this case last week from Geeks.com. Shipping was cheap and it got here quickly. I've placed a few orders with them and never have had a problem.

don't like the color but i guess its pretty big.Yea and another good feature about geeks is if you dont want to use your credit card they will take your atm card.which newegg dosent do.My limit on one is like 1000 dollers and i didnt have enough to buy all my stuff on new egg so thats when i found out about geeks.

I would say that they're a decent store. I wouldn't be scared to buy from them.

Geeks.com works fine. I have ordered from them about 5 or 6 times now. No complaints from me.

I tried to order some RAM from them about 4 yrs. ago and they cancelled the order for no reason, everything was fine but they just cancelled it. Last time I ever ordered from them, I'll stick to newegg even if they're slightly more.

i just read around pcmag and games for windows have mentioned the company a couple times and said it was extremly good. I think they voted that higher then newegg.also they said zipzoom fly was a good site for advanced users.

Nah, it's completely legit. See the Hacker Safe and BillMeLater buttons? If you click those, it takes you to their secure sites saying they're legit.

I can imagine myself using Geeks soon, although their prices arent massively different from Neweggs the decider is the fact that they ship internationally, And Newegg dont ship to BRitain, which is the onyl reason i dont ever use them, i have friends that say they've used Geeks before but ive never checked the site out.

Cheers for the heads up Shady

Edit: Also its good to see a girl on these forums.
