gbc to nds rom

I'm trying to make a nds rom from a gbc rom. I want to update the graphics and make the touch screen functional. Is there any free softwre available for this and maybe a tutorial

Wrong section, should go in the General Electricals section.... and I don't know of any software.

I do the editing on the computer and send it to a flash card when i'm done
