Gateway MS-6312

I have a gateway MS-6312 board and I have just reorded all the orginal parts for it and hooked it up. The board will come on but the cd-rom and the hard drive will not, I pluged the power into both but it seem not to give out power to either the CD-rom or the hard drive, so would it be the board or the power supply?

Welcome to the forums, could be anything how much W's is your power supply? So what your saying is that your CD-Rom drives and HDD don't even turn on what happens when you use a HDD and a CD Drive the power comes directly from the power supply so your board may not be a fault here. Are you sure you plugged the power cables in to the drives?
