Gaming LCD..

I feel LCD's today are pretty nice for gaming compared to what they were before as Mech is saying. He kind of took the words out of my mouth. Get this:

when was the last time u looked at an lcd? my dads one goes up to 75hz at the max resolution, anyway get a veiwsonic 19 inch one they have them with 3ms response times now

crt is still brighter though...higher res.?

One thing about CRT that has an advantage over LCD is the fact that CRT is brighter at all angles and LCD is not. However, if you look at an LCD at center, it is just as bright (if not brighter) than a CRT.

The Viewsonic has a faster speed t now at 2ms response time. It's great. Digitally sharp, colorful, and bright.
