I'm planning on building a gaming pc for $1200 FROM NEWEGG. I was wondering if you guys could supply a wish list without a monitor, mouse, keyboard, and other computer accessories. NOTE: I do not plan on buying 2 video cards, 1 is fine. Thx
Comes out to around $1225. I can trim that down if you would like, I put this together on the fly so it's probably not the most efficient thing money wise. All that it needs are HDD's and optical drives.
I dont know how much you want to spend on a computer case, but the Cooler Master HAF-932 case is a pretty sweet case, but it cost $169.99 i do know if that is out of your price range or not.
I'm a noob who's been looking to build at about that same price range. Before any taxes or shipping the list below comes in at $1187 and seems like a little bit of a horse. There might be a few bucks you could save on a lesser heatsink, especially if you don't plan to overclock. Also, the case is an above average case and you can find less expensive options. I know that Microcenter sells the Antec 300 for $50 and from there you can get whatever hard drive you choose(the drive I listed is part of a combo). If any of the regulars here see a flaw I hope they'll post it as I've started buying this parts list myself.
Well, thing is i prefer to get everything from 1 store newegg most likely so 1200 from new egg only and i dont ask for a operating system just the hardware im trying to do it myself and posting it here to check so ill see how it goes.
