Games on Dual/Tri monitors

Is it possible to "stretch" a game accross 2 or even 3 monitors, I know it wouldn't look so great but it would be cool. Thanks for any help.

I don't know about you guys, but that really wouldn't work for me. The borders would be obnoxious.
