Any Suggestions (or compatibility issues i missed)? This is primarily for UT2007 gaming in the future for a friend so it'll be gamed on frequently. Budgeting is welcome .

Oooooo, that game will be badass. I heard it's full 64 bits and has multi core support. This is a pure test for modern systems. Wow, that is some budget system. The specs you posted will play UT2007, but I like to have a better gaming experience myself by beefing up the video card, CPU, RAM.

if you are going to get a proceesor with 2 cores...then go with intels...much better!!!!!

Intel dual core IS better than AMD atm.
