What extension does it say it has?

It might be a RAR or ZIP file which is compressed.

Find a program here to uncompress the file to open it:

http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm

Its a trial, but for some reason still lets you use the program afterwards I've found. Still, it'll unzip that file no probs if thats what it is

It's probably either zip, rar, or iso.

Ah didn't think of that one. If the zip appications don't work, you might have to burn that image onto disc. If you have Nero, it becomes an easy process of just selecting to 'burn an image to disc'. Thanks winterfreshpwnz Just check that it does have a .iso extension though...
