Game Jackal

Has anybody ever used Game Jackal. It looks like a pritty cool program you dont have to have a CD to play any games. Does any body know if its aways running. I dont want to lose any more CPU space.

isn't that called an "emulator" and some games will ban you FOR LIFE if you have one and running there games.
