Fuzzy Monitor....

Hey everyone

I just installed an older CRT monitor for a custom built PC. I booted it up and it worked fine. Then I went upstairs for a bit, came back down, and suddenly everything was fuzzy! Not like shaking or anything, just a constant blur throughout the entire screen, making text illegible. So I restarted, and its also blurry during the BIOS/gfx card screen.

So then I tried a new video card, and same problem...

What's happening and is this fixable?

Check all connections, must be the monitor if you tried a new v/card. Is the monitor near anything magnetic, or near another monitor, or TV?
