but yeh like if they coudl embed fiber optics into the mobos instead of normal stuff the board would light up lol..but not just that it could possibly run faster!

No, no need for a fan. I'm talking about th ecooling rods in an aoir conditioner. They could inplement on the side of the CPU, a micro conditioner to cool the CPU. The rest, it would be fan cooled, and it would idle in the 20C.

How much would that cost? Hmm? It won't fly unless it's affordable to consumers and until then, it'll just remain a niche product for those who could afford those ionic cooler things.
