Default FSB Compatibility

Hello, I recently purchased a ASRock K7S41DX Motherboard (FSB 333) and I also got some PQI DDR400 512MB will this pieces be compatible with each other or will I have to go back and swap.

I have no idea what board that is, but if it will run ddr, it will work fine.
