Default fsb and bus speed

on cpu z it says my fsb is 142.9 and my bus speed is 571.6, im confused because i thought the fsb was the bus speed so what does this mean? and will my comp be going slower because of the lower fsb speed?

The FSB is from the processor. Your actual bus speed is your mobo. That FSB sounds a little odd

Default Re: fsb and bus speed

its meant to be 133 but i overclocked it a bit so it went from 2.8GHz to 3GHz, my ram speed is ddr400 and its at something like 420 because of the overclock now because of the slower fsb does that mean its really affecting performance?
