Default Frozen computer,Now not booting?

A Customer is bringing there computer back to me on friday, and i just want to know what to look for,Now i installed a new hardrive and a new stick of ram,she said that she was using it the other day and the computer froze, and now wont boot into windows? She said that the error has something to do with a floppy disk (thats n00b customers for ya LOL) so im thinking:

-BIOS isnt picking up the hardrive
-Faulty Floppy Drive or CD Drive
-Loose cable
-Hardrive failure
-SATA to IDE Converter has failed

What else should i be looking for?

Default Re: Frozen computer,Now not booting?

failing mobo or faulty ram stick i had a lot of random errors from a bad one sometime (with the freezes it does make sense).
