I have a student ID card.. but my school isnt listed.

I think it's kind of funny they list Virtual PC as "Other Free Developer and Designer tools for students at no charge".

Techincally it is free,you just need to get your High school/university or college to sign up.

for me it says page load error.

www.dreamspark.com uses an invalid security certificate.

The certificate is not trusted because the issuer certificate is unknown.

(Error code: sec_error_unknown_issuer)
