for a popup blocker, most browsers have that already built in. For a virus scanner that's free, go with Avira or Avast if you want really good virus protection.

Those are OK. If you want to pay for one use pccillion its about the best out on the market. Microsoft Defender is really good. If you don't want to pay for it you can use AVG Free virus scanner and use Ad-Ware spyware remover that will really do you good.

pccillin is good, I tried a trial of that one but it uses way too much memory.
