Found Computer

HOpe someone can help me
I found a computer down the street from me, pretty new pentium 4 256ram with a burner and dvd player. When i try and start it up it does nothing but beep, i think its the hard drive,

Can anyone backup my theory??

try checking the graphics card

It sounds like the Graphics Card - with the beeps and no screen. If it was the Hard Drive it would come up and say there is no hard drive.
