Default forwarding ports

i'm trying to use azureus to download files but i'm behing a firewall(built in to a router). everyone just tells me i need to forward the correct ports but i don't know how. can someone please explain it to me?

u shouldnt have 2 do port forwarding, thats only if u want another computer 2 connect 2 urs, (downloadin from u) if ur downloadin from other ppl it should be fine, i didnt have 2 change anythin 2 download from limewire, well just the outbound services so ppl cant download off me. anyway this should help ya:
