Formatting hard drive

Okay I lied. I don't want to actually format my hard drive (cause for me that is way to much work) but I was wondering if there were any programs that could make my computer faster and clean up the computer without actually formatting the hd. Name them all!!

I dont know that many programs but i know of a really good windows XP thats ONLY! 140mb and it runs about 5 times faster then normal XP its call "Windows Tiny XP Beast" I have bin useing this windows for about 3 mouths and had no problems. This is what you sould use to get your computer faster but i know you dont want to reformat but keep this in mind its really good and runs like a dream.
