forgot password

Hey guys just wondering i forgot my password to my laptop for windows 7 there way i can change it or somthing so i can get back in dont want to lose all my stuff on it.

Yes their is a simple way, youtube has some guides, type windows 7 password.. click advanced search and search for the best videos so people have already tried it...

I have a disk which I can't remember the name of but it boots like a OS disk and it removes and changed passwords, their is more then 1 program, enjoy
