Default Foreign computers

I was wondering if foreign computers are better then american and if you could build a computer with foreign parts that are better and cheaper then american

Like Rohan said, they're mostly made overseas. Like ATI is Canadian, which is now owned by AMD.

A part over here is going to be identical to a part over in the US, apart from the PSUs, sometimes.

Take motherboards for example. Even the ones manufactured here are made with Japanese capacitors.

My MoBo is asian made, I was looking at the manual, and there were so many typos
