i was on another forums and i was reading about folding. Has anyone ever heard about that?

let me see if i have this correct. so you download the program and it just runs and it does its thing while you do whatever you do on your computer.

They use the data to calculate the formula for how many times a sheet of paper can be theoretically folded over on itself. It currently stands at 8




hehe not really, folding is used to work out information about proteins, molecular structures etc to help with disease research You might as well join in because it can help them, and you can choose how much resources you give to it

I had 5 boxes and 2 laptops dedicated to folding..


Not strictly, they were also torrent and storage 'puters..but folding isn't like a resource hog..so you won't really notice it slowing you down.

It's a low-priority program when you install it, so anything you decide to do on your computer shouldn't slow down.
