Default Flashing my BIOS

Hi, I was going to flash my BIOS using the ASUS Update tool, but it doesnt seem to connect to the internet... and this computer has no floppy drive.

Is there a way i can just download the file and put it on a floppy disk from a different computer, then flash my computer's BIOS?

Also, i am a little hesitant to do this, because i read that ASUS BIOS cause some problems when flashed... but i think not having the right version is making WoW error. any suggestions?

Just d/load it from asus to your hdd and use Live Update, in the select source option instead of selecting Internet, navigate to the file on your hdd.

EDIT: Don't forget to unpack the file from Asus so you are navigating to a .ROM file as opposed to a .rar / .zip
