It has a PCI Express 2.0 x16 slot, so yes you can fit a GTX 260 on it. It's the fist listing under the Expansion Slots heading on that page.

Make sure you look at your case measurements to see if the card will fit.

Cons: IT'S NOT A PCI X16 2.0!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Other Thoughts: Newegg should remove fail info about this board! Now I have to return this board back to newegg...!

That "somebody" is a moron. From the Gigabyte website: Gigabyte GA-G41M-ES2L

Quote:
Expansion Slots

1. 1 x PCI Express x16 slot, running at x 16 (The PCI Express x16 slot conforms to PCI Express 2.0 standard.)
2. 1 x PCI Express x1 slot
3. 2 x PCI slots
