First timmer needs help

i just built my first computer i believe i have everything hooked up right and i just installed the graphics card today so i could hook up my monitor, only nothig happened, i can t see anything on my monitor

I know the monitor is working and the graphics card

any suggestions?

this is where my 1st build went horribly wrong, I flipped the power switch to the power supply, but didn't think to push the power button on the front of the case...

it took me a few minutes to figure that out...

yes my computer motherboard light is on and i turned on the front button here are the parts,

Geforce 6200 LE by 3D Fuzion
Jpac 500 w Power supply
250 Segate Hard drive
Sony DvD burner
Sony monitor
