Default First computer build compatibility?

Ok so I'm thinking about building a computer from scratch soon. I have looked everything over a few times but I probably missed something. I will be using it for normal stuff, light gaming and media.

Case: http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...?EdpNo=3911521

Motherboard: http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...&sku=S458-1302

Processor[comes with CPU fan]: http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...?EdpNo=2207256

Power Supply: http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...&sku=O261-2005

RAM X 2: http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...&sku=T555-5080

Hard Drive: http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...sku=TSD-750AS2

Disk Drive: http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...&sku=S167-4520

Might think of putting a floppy in or something but I don't know. The motherboard has video, audio and LAN. The motherboard seems really good to me but hey, I'm probably naive. I have been dealing with a 40 Gig hard drive for too long but is 750 Gigs overkill? How bout the processor? I saw someone recommended it in another thread. Anything else I would need? Cables? I'm not sure if they would come with the motherboard or not.

Oops. Almost forgot. I will probably be using 64-bit Vista Home Premium. Any suggestions about it? Thanks for any help you can give
