I would choose Corsair 1GB DDR XMS3200XL Platinum TwinX (2x512MB) CAS2 it costs 182.07 pounds if your from the states wouldn't be able to tell but I would recomend checking this site out www.overclockers.com

2x512 may be a like 2 bucks more, but its faster.

How much of a differance in speed would 1GB DDR compared to 2x512 DDRs be anyways? I've always wondered that, I don't really think anyone would notice.
