My firewall is not working so i went to services.msc and the security service was disabled so i tried to enable it and i got error 1075

What firewall are you using?

Make sure that the WMI service is started and running:
* Click Start, Run and type Services.msc
* Double-click Windows Management Instrumentation
* Set its Startup type to Automatic
* Click Start to start the service, and click OK
* Restart Windows

I dont have that service I'm using xp sp3 firewall

You should have the WMI service (Windows Management Instrumentation). It's part of your XP services.

I just found out most of my services are screwed up

re-install xp then....that should fix your issues.
