Default Firefox

How can I transfer my Firefox plug-ins and bookmarks to my new laptop?

I respect your right to alt+F4.

For the bookmarks, Firefox uses one HTML file for all of the bookmarks.. and its located here:
"Drive:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\default.qfb\bookmark s.html"

I don't know about saving extensions though, sorry.
