"Online Chat

You can chat with other users live using the Internet Relay Chat (IRC) service. Install an IRC Client (such as ChatZilla), connect to irc.mozilla.org, then join the #firefox or #thunderbird channels. Just say “hi” and then ask away!" this is from http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/support/ I had a thread on CF about my firefox shaking and they helped me fix it right away. GREAT Help just join the channel and ask how to fix your problem.

Hope that helps
