The 2 things I dont have are: The thermal compound and the OS.....Should I buy Windows7 from newegg or is there a better place??

Am I missing anything?? Is everything compatible? Before it all goes together, would you change anything??

I guess I am now ready to build...

What do you think??

Looks ok to me.

Just one pointer, and it makes no difference to your build whatsoever but it's a HUGE pet hate of mine:

RAM stands for random access memory. It should therefore just be referred to as RAM, not RAM memory!!

I had the money.....

My plans are to use the machine as an HTPC, blueray player, dvd burner, ect. (On my 42" plasma)

at the same time I will also use it as a standard desktop on my smaller monitor on the other side of the room....

I am hoping that I will be able to operate the 2 monitors at once as a standard TV and a standard desktop....
