Yeah I'm probably going to wait for K8L before I upgrade agian. I dont have enough money to upgrade whenever a new cpu comes out.

K8L is pointless if you ask me. It's basically the normal K8 core in quad-core and with little tweaks here and there.

I think the Brisbane core is the next-generation AMD core for AM2. Not sure if it'll yield any performance differences, but I know for sure it's going to be a new core.

well after seeing those overclocking tests im sold on a E6600, they say u can do it with some decent air cooling, luckily i just bought a scythe ninja woot

Nice. I think you can get the E6600 to 4.0Ghz or so using air cooling. The Scythe Ninja, ThermalRight SI-120 or the Tuniq Tower 120 are some of the best heatsinks around, so they should cool fine.
