I'd just go with the E6750 unless there isn't much of a price difference. Your going to get roughly the same clocks out of either in the end.

Go with this ram

Looks good. How about jsut getting a quad core instead? They're almost the same price now. The Q6600 that is.

get quad core
dosnt make sense to get a dual core for that much money
when the quad will run much faster

I hear there not that good at the moment. Is that true? And will games access all cores?

No, I don't believe the games will take advantage of all the cores. They weren't written to use them just yet. But figure this. If games are starting to use dual core, you already got it in quad core. Two core will be left idling do whatever background services while the other two cores will be doing all the gaming and stuff like that. Still, it's super, uber efficient. That is they key word: efficient. In turn, it makes it fast.

If you're overclocking, definitely go for the Q6600:

What power supply? That's probably one of the most important things...for that baby I'd probably get a Silverstone ST65ZF or ST75ZF. 650 and 750 watts respectively. The ST75ZF is 8800GTX SLI certified. Both some of the best PSUs out there.

games will get a performance gain not major
but games coming out like crysis and gears of war witch were written for multi core cpus will have very large performance gains

The Q6600 is an amazing processor. Get the g0 step, and your flying
You can reach 3.2ghz easy, with no real temp changes.
I'm going to try and push mine more though, but 3.2ghz is a nice figure to reach.
