PSU is going to be a waste - you really don't need that many watts. Get a Seasonic if you've got money, otherwise get an Akasa PaxPower - if you don't believe me that their good, just read the reviews on them. The 480W version would be more than enough; remember, nVidia recommend a 500W power supply for two 7900GTXs in SLI!

The motherboard is good, but have you considered an Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 - their really good too

Finally, I would recommend a Samsung Spinpoint P120S 250GB over that hard drive - the Spinpoint is so good, its even better than a Raptor!
